Unlike traditional walls, the Handbang CCA board integral grouting wall, which is made of materials such as fibers, cement, quartz sand, additives, and water, is a composite solid wall formed by using Handbang CCA board as the panel, light steel keel as the column, and pumping concrete into its cavity. It does not contain asbestos or other harmful substances and is a new environmentally friendly material with excellent properties such as fire prevention and waterproofing. The Hangxiao Steel Structure R&D team has conducted comprehensive exploration on the structural system, construction selection, wall materials, production organization, and construction management to address the shortcomings of existing steel structure residential buildings in China, including factory work, indoor work, high-altitude work on the ground, dangerous and complex work done by machines, and environmental pollution work.
